• CALM Workshop: Counseling on reducing access to lethal means is an important piece of the complex puzzle to help prevent suicide. 


• QPR Training: Asking a question may be the first step in saving a life. All Question • Persuade • Refer sessions are taught by certified instructors.


• Mental Health First Aid: This community collaboration teaches everyday people how to help a person through a mental health challenge, disorder or crisis. (Both youth and adult versions of Mental Health First Aid are available.)


• Resiliency 101: This collaborative movement is designed to help young people thrive, enhancing their ability to move forward with optimism and confidence.
