For many individuals, physical therapy sessions in our fully-accessible, warm-water therapeutic pool provide optimum benefits. The warmth and buoyancy of the water can ease pain, enhance mobility, and provide a sense of wellbeing. 

In addition to therapies, a variety of aquatics programs are designed for all levels of fitness and ability, and include water aerobics classes, open swim times, and individual swim lessons for children with and without disabilities.
