Easterseals Connect is all about community. This small-group community program empowers individuals with disabilities to develop meaningful connections and build real-world skills. Connect creates a wide range of opportunities for learning, growth, and inclusion. Services are provided in welcoming locations throughout the community, where life happens every day.
Each Easterseals Connect Hub serves 8-12 individuals who receive personalized support while pursuing their own interests and goals. Participants may choose to engage in hands-on skill development, workforce readiness, and volunteer opportunities. Options also include social development activities, community outings, and other enriching experiences that promote independence and confidence.
Every person is unique, so Connect Hubs are intentionally designed with different areas of focus. Schedules are flexible and responsive to individual needs. Let’s Connect and explore the possibilities!
