Here's a quick wrap-up of Tribute 2025:

At the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, our dedicated, passionate professionals make a life-changing difference every day. We were thrilled to celebrate two long-time staff members at Easterseals Tribute on June 4, 2025, in The Crescent Room at the Easterseals Early Learning Center. Both of these honorees exemplify the Easterseals mission. Our 2025 Easterseals Tribute honorees were Patty Balbach, Physical Therapist, and Debbie Wink, Speech-Language Pathologist. 

Throughout their careers, Debbie and Patty have empowered thousands of individuals to achieve their dreams, and they continue changing lives for local children, adults, and families.

• Debbie Wink just marked her 46th year as a Speech-Language Pathologist at the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center. One of Debbie’s passions is working with clients who have hearing loss, especially those with cochlear implants. As one of the few Auditory-Verbal Therapists in the region, she empowers individuals to learn how to listen, understand, and express themselves. Some of Debbie’s favorite moments happen when previous clients share their educational, career, and life achievements with her.
   
• Patty Balbach just celebrated her 45th year as an Easterseals Rehabilitation Center Physical Therapist. Patty is fiercely committed to her clients. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals who have spinal cord injuries and other conditions affecting mobility. Patty forms strong bonds with the people she serves, learns about their goals, and utilizes creative therapy techniques to meet their unique needs. Patty is known for her energy and persistence, and for being her clients’ biggest cheerleader.
