Corporate Events at The Crescent Room

The Crescent Room at the Easterseals Early Learning Center is a versatile space that can accommodate myriad seating options for speakers, awards banquets, corporate dinners, or virtually any other event needs. Our experienced staff will work with you to develop an appropriate room layout for your event and set it up to your specifications. If your event requires using caterers or other outside vendors, we can provide lists of approved caterers and recommended vendors. However, we are happy to work with any vendors of your choosing. Once you have secured the vendors for your event, we will handle all scheduling details!

Features of The Crescent Room:

• An elevated stage, perfect for speakers, panel discussions, or award ceremonies
• Use of audio/visual equipment, including microphones and a retractable screen for movies, graphics, or presentations
• Ample on-site parking for attendees is available in our own lot.
• The Crescent Room will accommodate all of your attendees in one space.
• On-site staff member for the entirety of your event
• The Crescent Room is ADA compliant.
• Kitchen with refrigerator and preparation area. The Crescent Room also works with a variety of approved caterers, and we are located within minutes of many area restaurants.
